No Refunds Once Access Is Granted
Fixrio VIP is a digital subscription that grants instant access to our private Telegram channel upon successful payment. Because access is delivered immediately and content cannot be "returned," all payments are final and non-refundable once VIP access has been granted, regardless of how much of the billing period remains or how much content you have viewed.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in cases of a genuine duplicate or failed transaction where VIP access was never granted. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction via our Telegram channel, with proof of payment.
Refund Mode & Duration
Where a refund is approved under the exception above, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancelling Future Charges
To stop future recurring charges, see our Cancellation Policy. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period.
